Choose Your Resale File Path
Select the option that best matches your current situation. BotReburn will guide you through the appropriate Resale File process.
Start a New Resale File
Choose this option if the robot does not yet have an active BotReburn Resale File. BotReburn will first review your request and the basic robot and billing information before the Resale File process begins.
Update or Renew an Existing Resale File
Choose this option if the robot already has a BotReburn Reference ID (BR-ID) or a previous Resale File and you want to update, renew or continue the existing record.
What Happens Next
BotReburn reviews your request first. If the request can be accepted, you will receive the relevant scope, price and next-step information. After the order is confirmed, BotReburn assigns or validates the BR-ID and provides access to the full Resale File information form.
About the BotReburn Reference ID
The BotReburn Reference ID (BR-ID) is an internal reference used to connect a specific robot with its BotReburn Resale File process. It is not an official robot identity, manufacturer serial number, certification or government-issued lifecycle ID.
Request First. Resale File After Confirmation.
Selecting one of the options above starts the appropriate request process. BotReburn first reviews the submitted information and confirms the applicable scope, price and next steps. A Resale File order is created only after the relevant offer or order details have been accepted.
BotReburn reviews submitted information and available evidence within the defined Resale File process. A Resale File is not a certification, technical approval, legal ownership confirmation or guarantee of future resale.
